Introduction for biofuel pellet machine:
This wood sawdust biofuel pellet machine with vertical ring die
structurer, the inner ring die verticall installed on the machine,
ring die with double layers, in this condition one ring die can
using 2 times, cut down the running cost for biofuel pellets
making.
The biofuel pellet machine has 2 big rollers set on the mainly
hollow shaft, make the roller rotary againsed the innerside of ring
die inside, so big part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers
rotary, make the wood pellet mill working more stable.
In order to keep the biofuel pellet machine long time continually
no stop working, the machine equipped with automatically
lubrication pump, it will inject the grease to 2 rollers and the
main shaft.
The vertical ring die biofuel pellet machine mainly applicable for
difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example,
hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, sunflower husk,
peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem,
bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other
biomass materials.
